BACKGROUND
Our global client reported their concerns surrounding the risk in their recruitment process and the increase in payments made to their recruitment agency for the identification and recruitment of regular staffing positions.
ASSESSMENT
An initial review identified a significant conflict of interest within the client management team and the recruitment agency. Additionally, if was confirmed that the current contract was out of date.
RESPONSE
Analysis of organisation data further confirmed financial risk in the current supplier relationship.
